Refunds at Creative Nook
We want your shopping experience to be as creative and joyful as our products. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help make it better through this simple refund process.
1. Time Limits To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your package. We want to ensure we address any issues while they are still fresh.
2. Condition for Returns To be eligible for a refund, your stationery and creative supplies must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same new condition as when they arrived.
3. What Can't Be Returned Please note that sale items and used creative materials—such as partially filled coloring books or opened ink sets—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items If your supplies arrive damaged or if we sent the wrong product, let us know right away. Send us your order number and a photo of the issue so we can fix it for you quickly.
5. How to Start a Return Simply email creativenook@nookofcreativity.org with your name and order number. 6. Refunds and Exchanges Once we receive and inspect your items, we will notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. While original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, we cover costs if the return is due to our mistake. We also offer exchanges for items of equal value if you prefer a different creative tool instead.
